This is a LONG OVERDUE shout out to Arrowhead Veterinary Centre!! I have been taking my beloved family member Trapper there for the past 5 years. Nicky and Kalina at the reception desk are always welcoming/friendly and ensure your needs are met on arrival and departure and it truly does make a difference in your Vet experience.

I recently had Trapper's teeth cleaned and was very nervous as they put your dog to sleep. Dr. Libby discussed procedure in length as well as the day of the surgery made the effort to seek me out and reassure me everything was going to go well. When I picked Trapper up post procedure Janine the Vet Tech was EXCEPTIONAL as she walked me through everything that was done, what I needed to do going forward with an ease that she had all the time in the world to spend with me. I am almost tearing up as I write this because I just felt so grateful not just thinking of that moment but the experience from start to finish!!!!

Thank you for all the great service over the years and would HIGHLY recommend taking your beloved pet to this Vet!!!! Thank you all for everything you do:)

All the staff at Arrowhead Veterinary Centre are fantastic! Our pets have received excellent care and we all really enjoy going there. Recently one of our dogs was hospitalized and had an emergency stomach surgery. Arrowhead took the time to call and email us to follow up on his care. They offered to go through any questions we had regarding his diagnosis and treatments. Outstanding. We live in Calgary and it is completely worth it to drive to Cochrane for the fantastic environment and lovely staff.
