Simply the best shop in the area, Calgary included. EVERYONE who works the shop are very kind and helpful. They are all very experienced, and informed about all aspects of biking. Bike Bros is our go-to shop!

Bike Bros is a breath of fresh air, humble people, quality products and educated staff. This shop is a diamond in the rough. Always blown away with the ease of solution with this crew. Never once have I felt pressured to make a purchase nor agree to a servicing interval. I have however been compelled to support a passionate group of people.

This is the place to be. Knowledgeable and timely. Every time I enter this store I leave with a plethora of new information to help me keep my bike in top notch pedaling order.

This is the best bike shop I have ever been to. EXCELLENT customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were visiting Cochrane and my wife had an accident with her bike. Bike Bros was able to provide and install the part we needed at a very reasonable price. We were impressed. Thanks so much to the awesome man who helped us! (Sasha was the name on the receipt)

In comparison to other stores in Calgary that currently don't answer the phone/ voicemail or email "due to covid", Keith at Bike Bros was ultra fast in responding to my email request for pricing on bike components to build a new bike. I had a long list and he had a detailed response, with estimated shipping and stock available within two days... He kept me updated as to approximate arrival date of the parts and pick up was easy. Friendly service in store.

In sum, excellent communication and fast delivery of everything I wanted. Very impressed with the level of customer service. I will be back.
