Scotiabank

I've never had the best service at any Scotiabank in Calgary and I've written a couple bad reviews so I was nervous about my appointment this past Saturday . My husband and I ended up getting Justin Lalonde (branch manager). I give him these 5 stars!! he was an amazing help and answered every question we had!!! excellent guy and very knowledgeable.

Recently visited and was extremely impressed specially after reading the reviews. After talking to the tellers they mentioned that there has been a new management and all new staff in the last 6 months. They were short staff for the past year do retirements. I found that they were extremely helpful and went above & beyond.

Front desk staff have always helped out, tried to book appointment for later in week after 16:30. 15 mins on hold and then find out nothing available. Why open late on a Thursday and Friday and have what seems like a skeleton staff..
