I don't ride horses and so I was not looking forward to being on one for a couple of hours. I can say after being on the horse for 3 hours I was looking to step off but very happy I was pushed into going as the people there really knew what they were doing and made it very enjoyable to the point that I would enjoy riding again if the opportunity arises again. One interesting note about the trail we were on was riding along the ridge of the hill when you looked down into the valley beside you you could clearly see the farm that the television show Heartland is currently being filmed on. Second interesting note is that the Anchor D dose not restrict persons over 150 lbs. from riding as most places do.

Good ride over trails that probably have not changed since the first time someone rode many years ago. However the lead guide was really a grumpy old man happily the young teenager boy who came with us was much friendlier. Not really a deal breaker as we were there for the ride not the guide

These folks are exceptionally helpful and kind humans! They offered friendship, guidance, and car rides to my sister and I after meeting us after our hike/ride through the Sheep River region. I can't thank Dewey (and Victoria) and his crew enough!!

Amazing views, super friendly people. Would definitely come back. Wish we had booked a longer trip.
