Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are clean, but if you have anything but a dog or cat selection is limited, and even if you have a dog or cat, there's another store in town with even better selection. This is the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

What a great place to bath your dog.... The set up for is great no sore back from bending over and pup gets a treat when your all done.

Lovely little store with a great selection of high quality pet supplies. The clerk was so friendly and helpful. We had many, many questions and she answered them all. She made some good suggestions for our pets too. Love the Performatin house brand of food too. So nice to have this store in town, easy to get to, lots of parking and a great variety of products.

We had a great experience using the self serve dog wash! The staff was really helpful in convincing our timid boy to get in the bath with lots of complimentary treats. There is a great selection of shampoos and the waterproof aprons were an outfit saver! The staff were really knowledgeable and had great suggestions of new treats and toys for our sweet boy. The store has a great selection of food, treats and toys as well as dog accessories for a reasonable price.

Always great service. Went to use their dog wash today. Excellent experience, will definitely go back.
