Just got two phones from Tom Harris telus store Mikayla Charles and Brandon were absolutely fantastic really pleasurable knew their stuff really well and were knowledgeable. got connected and great service would highly recommend them 5 stars thank you very much

Today I stopped by Tom Harris Telus to seek out a new phone I also upgraded my phone packages
The service I had was excellent The store rep Charles went above and beyond to help us with understanding the packages, lots of very good tips for a non tech person like myself and in the end, he saved us a lot of money
Unfortunately, the phone I was seeking was not in stock, and because mine was at the bottom of the lake, I could not wait the 3 to 5 business days
Even knowing this, Charles spent more than an hour going over everything and adjusting our packages
I would highly recommend going to this outlet and talking to Charles for all your cell service needs
