Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites

This hotel is kept very clean, located walking distance to a COSTCO and is suitable for business stays and for families for children. The pool is always enjoyed by the children using it, especially for the slide. There are always a large supply of dry towels available.

The rooms are quiet and we have never had any problems with things not working. The lamps also have lots of places to plug in phones, etc. We would not stay anywhere else.

This Best Western Plus is over the top. The staff take care of you and the breakfast is amazing. Did I mention the rooms are very clean and beds offer a great night sleep. I have stayed here 20 plus nights in the past 3 months. Nice work BW team!

Wonderful team running this hotel, we had an extended stay (6 weeks - home reno), they were extremely accommodating to our circumstances, and the needs of our two children, there was frequently fresh baked goodies at the front desk, treats for our dogs when they came to visit and everything was spotless. Very well run! Our kid's comments: "cookies, cupcakes, waterslide.....Chrissy.....woohoo! We enjoyed our stay, thanks Best Western Okotoks

We were in town for a funeral and the staff was so helpful and sympathetic. They bent over backwards to trying to accommodate us and offered to help out on any way. We felt very welcomed and at home at a very difficult time. Great staff make a great place to stay!
