I usually loathe the glasses purchasing experience – I am so bad at telling what looks good or bad – but I had the most wonderful time here due to the customer service.
Thank you to Natalie (I’m pretty sure that is your name—French angel with funky red glasses?) for your honest advice and glasses-fitting wisdom.
I highly recommend going here. I’ve been to the fancier opticians and never felt so good about my decision.
They haven’t messed up my prescription or my children’s and we have purchased no less than ten pairs of glasses here over the last few years. I especially appreciate the warranty on my children’s glasses, and the convenience of having glasses repaired and adjusted whenever we are there to shop. A few of the opticians are particularly good!
