Orthodontic treatment seems fine, nothing to rave about but no complaints either. But there have been chronic hassles with their handling of billing and insurance forms, which inevitably require me to spend time on the phone getting it resolved, etc. Not sure I'd go here again just because of the billing issues.

They are really friendly and accomodating especially with the new transition of staffs . They always want you to be happy and satisfied with the result of yourSmile , and if not they will make sure they’ll do another process to meet desired expectations. :) plus they have some weekends now which is really convenient for booking and a late afternoon schedule too . shoutout to the staffs on august 30,2018. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The dentist has changed twice since I started my treatment. I wish they were open weekends so I didn't have to keep taking time off work to go to appointments. Also the dentist is only in 3 days a week so that makes it more difficult to set up appointments.
