I have been attending private lessons once a week for three months, and I have improved both my mental and physical health. Dee is very knowledgeable and is able to tackle all your problem areas, while pushing you to become stronger. I strongly recommend Dee's Take a Breath Yoga practice!

I left every class feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. The gentle approach made the class accessible to everyone, regardless of their yoga ability. Dee encouraged each student to move at their own pace and offered modifications or enhancements as needed. I highly recommend Take a Breath Yoga!
