This place has it all, nice, clean gym, friendly staff, free drop in classes and the pass give access to the swimming pool and hot tub!

This locally owned gym has a different feel than all the rest. Excellent classes, updated equipment and the perk of being in the recreation centre which gives access to all amenities such as swimming, sauna etc.

I really like working out there. Staff are great.

I had my hip replaced four years ago and just couldn't seem to stop limping, I went to Natural High last winter and had several sessions with Noreen and have now made a complete recovery. I can't say enough positive things about her and all the staff, to be pain free is a wonderful thing.

I have been going to this gym for 3 years now. I will never change gyms. Simply for the fact of a great atmosphere which incorporates a friendly staff, a reasonably priced membership, and an old school gym kinda feel. This gym is locally owned and doesn't have a commercialized feel to it. That is very important to me. At Natural High you are a person and not a number like most commercialized gyms I know. There is more than enough equipment and I've never had to compete for a machine.
