Just gotta say, this is a great dealership. My experiences have been customer service oriented, pleasurable, fast and solution based. I go back lots because of their all around good customer service and fair value for my money.

We recently bought a 2013 Ford F150, FX4. Our salesman, Andrew, the mechanic, Dan, and Financial manager, Lucas, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, reliable, timely, and efficient all while finding the best price for us. You won't believe this but there is actually an honest car salesman in this world. I'M SERIOUS! As a female I usually absolutely loathe buying at dealerships but Caleb at Okotoks Ford is sincerely a great guy. He made shopping at the dealership worthwhile. He is honest to a fault..if he even thinks of lying he turns beet red. Completely straight forward and none of the usual "salesy" BS. If it wasn't for him I'm not sure if I would have purchased my vehicle there. I won't get into those details. If this rating was for him alone it would be 5 Stars! Thanks for all your help Caleb!!
