I’m very fond of most of the art supply stores in the Calgary area, but this one is tops. While not as large as some of the stores in Calgary, Paintworks has all the basics and then some. Christine is extremely knowledgeable, always helpful, and enthusiastic about her customers’ projects. She’s helped me sort out a number of technical challenges, and regularly lets me experiment with studio materials before making a decision on what to buy. Paintworks is always my first stop for supplies.

Framing is spectacular. Classes are first class. Great supplies available for all mediums. Professional and knowledgeable staff is always available.
