Huge KooDo's to Leo at Tom Harris Okotoks!! When I arrived at Tom Harris Okotoks, I was loaded for a fight about a plan that had been negotiated by my husband and son at a North Calgary location. Suffice... it was not what they believed to be the details they agreed to...Leo was able to hear me and then help me understand that it was more due to a lack of understanding that was the issue. Further, he reworked the plan again to allow for more savings and data accessibility. Thank you to Leo again!

I went in to get a early renewal. I got AMAZING service! Not only did Katie Coyle help me out she went above and beyond! She pointed me in the right direction with the phone I decided on, and she knew every promo going on with Telus. She also was very knowledgeable with all the phone cases and products that go with the phone. I highly recommend Katie Coyle. Truly a great easy experience and easy switch over! Thanks VERY much!!
