(September 17, 2018, 8:16 pm)The branch gave very friendly and clear service, and it was even able to process bank applications quicker than usual because I had to move soon, which was a great surprise. I got my credit card processed earlier than usual, which prevented a lot of potential confusion with changed mailing addresses and hassle after moving. (sorry that I missed the chance to write a positive review in the survey, I found out too late it was sent to spam mail)
