Don't shop, just call. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Kyle was friendly and helpful and he got the job done at a reasonable rate. I felt confidant that he would take care of it, which is great when you break down at rush hour and are blocking traffic. I would definitely recommend A-1 Towing. Although I am hoping not to have to use them again! LOL

Didn't have to play telephone tag, i.e. a knowledgeable company representative answered immediately. I told him my situation, and he was more than helpful in providing a reasonable quote and quick service. From the time I called to the time the truck arrived was less than 1/2 hour, just as I was promised. Efficient and helpful operator (I think his name was Nick) who obviously enjoyed his job... cheerful and personable. I recommend this company highly and won't hesitate to use them again. Definitely A-1 service!

A1-Towing has extremely great services. Not only is there price one of the best in Calgary. The staff is very friendly and helpful in assist your required needs. The crew on call are very knowledgeable, safety driven and are punctual when it comes to quality service.

Thomas called 5 minutes b4 he arrived. Thomas was there within 20 minutes.
Definitely the kind of fellow that any customer would appreciate his professionalism .
The young man is not from Calgary, I picked up on this pretty quick.
Reminded me of how people use to be, go out of their way too help. Being genuine in the progress.

They were quick to pick up and despite knowing I was looking around at rates, were very nice and not aggressive. Price was good, I called quite a few places but they had one of the better rates. They sent a driver right away so I didn't have to wait too long. I was also expecting a tow truck but Nick came with a flatbed which is much better. Real nice guy, quick and efficient. I would recommend A-1.
