Our most memorable experience was picking up our trailer in the service dept. staff is knowledgeable and kind to their customers. We will continue our business with racetrack and are glad to be apart of their family!

Even when we made a last minute switch from the trailer we agreed on and realized when we went to pick it up that they had a different one that we liked more. After sales service was also excellent, when we needed a few things done to our trailer. Will buy from them again.
(January 9, 2019, 8:59 pm)Me and my wife were looking for a trailer, we walked in at Racetrack RV and we were able to find something that fit our need in a matter of second. We got introduced to the General Manager of the center as well.
A special thanks goes to Matt and Shawn, they did open the dealer for us on during the Christmas brake to deliver our RV.
Really friendly and helpful, excellent customer service and support on any problem. I definitely recommend them for the purchase of a new RV or the service of your RV.

Matt was so respectful and helpful in the decision to purchase. Graham was brilliant in the walk through and Jason has been very helpful in the parts department. Shawn has taken the very best care of us over the past five months with excellent and prompt service as we have had to learn how to how to camp with a trailer! The team has treated us with great respect and made the decision to embrace travel trailer life so much more enjoyable.
