Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar

I recently went to the brow bar recommended from a male friend and I am beyond impressed with the service. Jacqueline was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was happy with my eyebrows before I left. She walked me through it every step. I will be back to see her and recommended her to my friends.

I was so worried to get my brows waxed and tinted for the longest time but I have been to Sophie multiple times for waxing and tinting & I have been sooo happy every time! She is so sweet & caring, she makes sure that you are 110% happy with them before you leave. She asks all the right questions & listens to every request. Sophie also taught me how to fill them in at home & helped me pick out the best pencil to do it with!

If you want to get your brows done I would 10/10 recommend Sophie!! Thanks Sophie for making me feel so much better about my brows!!

I have been seeing Jacqueline since the store opened. I went with great hesitation because the last lady absolutely destroyed my eyebrows. I was scared to have the same experience but Jacqueline showed me exactly what I can do to get my eyebrows back the way I wanted them. It’s been a few months of regrowing and reshaping them. Now I can honestly say I am more in love with my eyebrows than I ever have been!! I will never ever let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She is so amazing and really pays attention to detail! She is a perfectionist and I love it!! I will be continuing to see her as long as I can. She’s the only one I trust to put time and care in to every appointment I book. She makes you feel important. She remembers conversations checks up on the topics we left off at in our last appointment. She’s such a sweet genuinely kind person. I would recommend Jacqueline 100%

I have always been skeptical when it comes to any person, even a professional altering my look. I had heard about Brow Bar from a coworker and was told I had to go see Jacqueline at CrossIron. I am so pleased with how my brows turned out and could not imagine a better experience. I can't wait to go back to see Jacqueline in the future!

If you are considering getting your brows down at the Benefit Brow bar, I would personally recommend booking your appointment with Jacqueline, she has a soft touch, does not rush through your appointment, very polite and ensures you are happy with your outcome before you leave.

Both my spouse and I have booked her to have our brows done, and for a guy walking into Sephora is already awkward. However, Jacqueline, ensured he was comfortable and content during his appointment.

Her customer service is impeccable, and her knowledge of the benefit products is amazing. We have gone back numerous times and each time have booked with Jacqueline.
