(August 31, 2019, 8:05 pm)We were in Calgary for the Stampede decided to get out of town and do something outside.We went to this park very pretty we saw horses and deer. Went to Elbow Falls in the park very pretty trail along the river. Really nice place for a picnic.

(August 16, 2019, 5:33 am)it was very nice to go for a walk in the area. They have several different paths in throughout the area. But it was nice to walk along the side of the river. Pay attention to the damage of some areas from a past flood. They could have done repairs to some areas but you would then not get to understand the power of nature... Picnics are easily done here because of BBQ pits and fire pits. Enjoy hotdogs and hamburgers.
