Zen Wellness Retreats

I lost my husband just before Christmas I lost my world my best friend I didn’t think I would ever be able to get through this I didn’t want to get up I didn’t want to do anything there was no reason to in my mind I was truly empty and lost I decided one day I need to get help for me I didn’t want to end my life like this I knew there was more out there for me I needed to reach out and get help so I looked up Grieving retreats and found Zen wellness I inquired on exactly what they did I need to do something so I took the chance and did it Michelle was my coach she came to my house and picked me up I got to know her she got to know me a little bit which made it a little bit easier when I got to the retreat she’s such a caring and passionate person and she really cares about people after going through the program and us having a one on one I realize how much I had lost myself in every way she made me realize that I was worth it and that it’s OK to be sad and it’s OK not to be OK but it’s not OK to give up on yourself I found the inner me I am so happy now I know my husband will be proud of me and he will always be with me This place is remarkable it was the best thing I ever did I am so glad that Zane wellness is out there for people like me and in different situations I would recommend it to anybody soul mind body and heart they truly care and you will come out of this a whole new person !! Ever since I lost my husband a few years ago I’ve had trouble doing even simple daily tasks, but the time I spent at zen wellness changed all that I am more productive, have more energy and am just overall much happier! The scenery there was absolutely amazing as well the coaches and food went above and beyond my expectations! Looking forward to coming back for another retreat!

Zen wellness retreats went above and beyond my expectations! I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety for over 10 years and the first time since then I finally felt free! The energy healing that I received left me feeling refreshed and at peace not to mention the food was delicious and the customer service was phenomenal. I am a licensed medical professional, and I booked a depression and anxiety Retreat with Zen wellness, three months ago. It was the most healing life transformational experience. I’ve been to many retreats before but this one definitely is my top favourite. I had a personal coach working with me daily, going through each area of my life helping me remove my pain trauma, depression and anxiety. They mix the perfect blend of balance, traditional and holistic healing that really works !!! I was so well taken care of I felt like a queen, the love and attention and healing power was so profound. I would give them six stars if I could. 15/06/2020
