The Calgary Cycle group of shops has top quality bikes and gear. They also know how to set it up. Suspensions now days have a lot of settings, and it makes a big difference having someone who knows how to tune it properly for your riding style.

I kept getting flats on my road bike on my way in to Bragg creek , I stopped in to pick up some tubes and ask for some advise . They took my bike In right away and found and repaired a issue with my rim and got me back on the road, All for a very reasonable cost . Amazing service and great staff

This place is one of best bike shops I have ever visited. It's part of the Calgary cycle group and the staff are top notch. They have helped me with small things after I purchased my bike that other shops in Calgary would have charged for. For example, I purchased a new oval chainring on my new bike. I ordered it and they called when it arrived. I was going to install it on my bike at home but the shop guy insisted it was no problem and did it quickly and for no charge. I know shops in Calgary would probably charge at least $20. I was very impressed with that kind of customer care. I would recommend this shop to anyone because they treat you like a valued customer even after you spend thousands on a great bike. I bought 2 more bikes after that to replace bikes that I had purchased at other shops in Calgary. I have never had a problem at any of their 3 stores I have visited. If you do have a problem or issue the owners will do whatever is necessary to fix it.
