So far this is the best butcher shop I've found in Calgary. Can we ever be sure our meat is ethically raised? It's a privilege we give up as consumers, but we can trust certain producers to do it for us, and TK seems very trustworthy in that regard. From talking with one of the owners of the ranch they handle every stage of production from birth to packaging, and they take great pride in that, as they should.

Asides from that, the bread of pig they used is a cross between heritage Berkshire and Duroc, the flavor is phenomenal. The beef carcass is dry aged leading to a very good interesting flavor throughout all of their beef products.

their products last wonderfully in the freezer and deliver is super convenient. All in all my one stop shop for everything beef/pork/chicken.
