Visited this location on May 3rd, dealt with store manager and she was nothing short of what awesome customer service is supposed to be. Polite, super helpful, very knowledgeable; simply a breath of fresh air! will be returning here for my all my shoe needs :)

I've ordered online a few times this past year, and they always say the shoes will be about a week to be delivered... i've received every order either the next day or two business days later. The quality of the shoes is great for the price point. I've always been pleased with my purchases. I did have to return one pair of the shoes, just because they didn't fit me properly, and I returned in store. The girls in store were great to deal with, and they had a new shoe sent out to me at no extra charge (as they didn't have my size). Thanks Spring!
