(April 6, 2019, 1:05 am)Great customer service - I was surprised when they answered the phone after 8 pm... I was ready to leave a message and wait to hear back the following day, but they were able to arrange an appointment the next afternoon. Allan came and looked at our dishwasher. He was on time, very polite, and explained the problem well. Unfortunately, the parts and labour to fix the problem were more than it would cost to buy a new dishwasher (ours was over 10 years old), so we just paid the diagnostic fee. We'll keep Mr. Appliance in mind when the next dishwasher goes...
(March 21, 2019, 11:50 pm)We have used these guys for small appliance repair a couple of times. They do great work for thins like Garborator a and hot water dispensers. Allan was our tech today and he was excellent. Quickly Identified the problem and fixed it. There system also texts you appointment confirmations and they have an after hours answering service.
(March 11, 2019, 1:17 am)We called for washer repair, scheduled and technician arrived on time. Technician is quick and knowledgeable. Pricing is very competitive, customer service is good.
