(February 24, 2019, 6:12 pm)Polite staff, but the shoes here are just, mediocre. Some of the styles here from brands like Adidas and Nike, are the average, make em for some random outlet kind of deal, with many of there other shoes being the same. Other reviews state that the shoes they bought fell apart very quickly, and I do not doubt that.
(December 15, 2018, 6:36 pm)Not over all impressed with this store sadly when i went to do a return she didn't even look to see the shoes that i had brought back or ask why i was returning them at all and then wanted all my personal information saying that it was for loss prevention which i understood but when i asked about the email i didn't want to be signed up for any newsletter she said it wouldn't but as soon as i got home i was signed up for it , not impressed by that. The overall poor service would prevent me from going back to the store sadly. No one even asked me for help the day before which would have most likely prevented me from buying the wrong shoes in the first place. I think a staff audit is necessary to improve store performance as well as overall experience with customers needs to be addressed.
(July 17, 2018, 1:29 am)This place is great! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a lovely sales associate! She was really friendly, had a lovely conversation with me while trying to help me find my shoes. I was in there for 2 hours straight and she still ended up helping me leave the store with 3 pairs when I came for 1. If I recall her name was Tanesha and she was just amazing! If you see her when you go in, ask her for help!
