On December 9, 2019 I shopped in the Crossiron Mills, Calgary store. I purchased 3 adult costs/jackets as well as 4 pairs of adult sized winter boots. We were shopping for a Christmas charity tree and were served by your employee, Rhodell. I was with a friend and we were both very impressed with the assistance, the pleasantness, and the professionalism of this young man. He was so helpful and patient even as he searched for hard to find sizes and while we, more than once, changed our minds on the items.
