“Okay experience. Came in to check with the staff on how to use an electric scooter properly that was purchased there a few days ago. We called in but the manager who picked up was very disrespectful, and unprofessional when dealing with our concerns. He tried to turn us away on our concerns very rudely despite the fact that we were paying customers. But by far the rest of the experience was okay. When we came in a staff member nicely greeted us, and helped us out with the problem we experienced. Even though this Showcase desperately needs a new, and more professional manager still okay experience. Please improve on this in the future.”
