(October 2, 2019, 1:48 am)We take both adult Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing & fitness plus our two children take the youth Muay Thai, BJJ and attend the free Saturday youth nights. Elliot is very knowledgeable & Friendly. His other instructors are also great. Everyone has a great time and leaves with a ton of knowledge. Make sure you swing by and try it our or bring our children to the free youth nights as they can make some local friends. I have past Muay Thai experience and this training is top notch.
