Innisfail Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Went through a new car buying process at Innisfail Chrysler. They were very accommodating and I basically completed the entire process over email and online. The prices with discounts available were fair, and the sales team (Derek) and the Finance team were pleasant to deal with and not at all pushy when it came to sales/upgrades.

Would shop here again were I in the market for another new car from this group of manufacturers.

Have a search of Ram Dealers to find an Electrical Problem with my Ram Pickup Innisfail Dodge came to my Rescue. You know how expensive and time consuming Electrical Problems can be, The Service manager was very good to me, in explaining in full detail what they where doing every step of the way in trying to find the Problem, it took them a while to locate the problems and fix them, In the end they where very reasonable and didn't charge me an Arm and a Leg, For the time they worked on the truck I feel they where more than reasonable. This was far from our first vehicle purchased but it was truly the first time we enjoyed the process! Everything about this dealership well exceeded our expectations! Walking in the front door we were immediately warmly greeted by the front admin and she directed us to where we needed to be right away. As the day carried on, she made sure to come and check on us as we sat in the customer lounge. When we left, she knew us by name and was so kind in her goodbyes!
The sales staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. We spent much time visiting and enjoying ourselves while we took care of the deal. No pressure, full disclosure, honest sales staff made the whole process so much easier!
The finance director was also a huge plus in the process. Again, we spent as much time visiting as we did actually going through the process. It didn’t feel like the stuffy boring process we have been through in the past.
Even the service manager took the time to come and introduce herself and visit for a bit while we waited on our new vehicle to be fuelled up!
Long story short.... you won’t regret stopping in and checking these guys out. They are more than happy to help and we will most likely buy all our future purchases through them!

I would 1000% recommend this dealership! Especially if you have a trade-in. I went all over Red Deer and kept getting low offers for my truck. Derek was an awesome no pressure salesman and was super nice and easy to deal with. They gave me more than I expected for my truck and put me and my family into an amazing Durango well within my budget which I didn't think was possible. Thanks to Chris in finance as well for working his magic and being super easy to deal with!

Not only is the service great while you are in the process of purchasing your vehicle, but the after service is stellar. Both my emails and calls were promptly returned and my concerns dealt with immediately. In this day and age when excellent customer service is hard to come by, Innisfail Chrysler restores your faith.
