Flory and Bob are lovely people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. If something has to be ordered, it arrives promptly and their costs are very reasonable. Warning! If you are going for supplies, allow yourself extra time as you will spend some time discussing methods, types of glass etc, etc, etc, 😊
