clean room, great friendly &accomodating service, bag breakfast as expected, and liked how the room had a sink for filling my water bottles and cleaning my dishes!

Lovely hotel and front end staff were very helpful. I did find the beds very hard, but the staff were very accommodating and brought me a couple of thicker blankets to put on the bed to help soften it a bit.
Very modern and up to date.

Staff was amazing. They even decorated our friends room for his bday. When we requested the decorating, they were super excited to do it no questions asked.

I was greeted very cordially by Nadine, I think. She made the check-in experience a positive one; she was efficient but very friendly. She quickly complied with my wishes for an outline of TV stations as I was wanting to watch the Major League Baseball playoffs.
I was very impressed with all the COVID 19 precautions in place. Nonetheless, the pool area was open and available for use; this was a very pleasant experience as many hotels do not offer this amenity.
