Their selection of frames has dramatically improved over the past few years. I used to go to other places for frames and then purchased lenses here, but now they carry big brands. Prices for frames and lenses are very competitive with other big name stores. Absolutely lovely people who actually take time to help you, they let you know what extra add-ons might help your vision, but they don't bully you into purchasing them. Unless you have a rare prescription you can get your glasses easily within 3-5 days. The last three pair I purchased were ready for me to pick up the following day. If you have old frames you no longer use you can donate them and they'll be sent to Third World Countries and given to people in need. I might buy my frames elsewhere, but I'll always come back to Ponoka Eyecare for my lenses.

The ladies of the business are quite rude. The gentleman are the kindest and most helpful. I wanted to change optometrist, but the gentlemen are kind and effective. The rude ladies I could do without. Hopefully they do something about it

I have bought glasses through Ponoka Eyecare in the past. I am very happy with the purchase I made, it took me a couple of tries, but I did find a good fit with the help of the employees there.
