Champion Heating

I have purchased 2 furnaces from Neil with Champion. Great service in both cases. I was very happy with the way he was able to meet my budget needs. Excellent after sales service whenever required.

Champion Heating is excellent at screwing you out of your money. They had repaired my furnace in December 2012 and I complained about the cost of $1638 for a blower assembly. They blamed it on the high cost of the part so I sent a formal complaint to the manufacturer. They agreed to give me a partial refund of $511 but the payment would have to go through the contractor. Well they sent Champion the money but Champion will not return my calls. This has been almost four months so I thought that I would trash their name any chance I get. In the end I will cost them many times the $511 has cost me.

Great Company! I was referred to them this morning when the pilot light on my hot water tank went out. We followed the directions, attempted to re-light it and.. nothing. Champion Heating was quick to come out and assess the problem. Turns out it was a user problem (even though the directions said to relight in vacation mode, the plumber said that wasn't always the best way to do it) and it was... "fixed."

Champion Heating far exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, they didn't over charge me AND the plumber took the time to show us a more efficient way of lighting it in the future. I will definitely be calling this company again.
