I asked them to fix the dog park fence to a small cheap one otherwise my dog cannot play there (she runs away), and they never did hear me. The company's name changed from timbercreek to Hazelview, and most of the admin team is super helpful. Especial attention has to be given to Andrew, Roger and Enis! They are members of the maintenance team, and they are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Every time I needed their help, they were on point.
