Wow, super impressed with customer service and support. Staff was excellent in helping me pick the products I needed for my holiday trailer renovation. The next day I had an application question and called to book a time to get some advice. Instead, Norm insisted that he come out and look at my trailer project in person and gave me a lesson on how to proceed with repairs. I have never had a house call from anyone in the service industry before. This is customer service above and beyond. It’s so nice to know that people like this still exist in this world.
