My wife and I had Brent Rennie of JBR inspections go through our new home prior to closing the deal. I really appreciated the opportunity to join Brent on site and go through the entire home and inspection with him.

From exterior grading around the home, to the rear deck, windows, front driveway and siding, his system for going through a home created great confidence as I knew we weren't going to miss anything.

Taps, washer and dryer, roof insulation, basement, foundation, mechanical, a/c, electrical and on and on, we took time on each area and had very informative conversations about each. It was also great to have the thermal camera so that we didn't miss any high humidity or potential mouldy areas.

Great experience with Brent at JBR inspections. I would highly recommend him.
