Pinnacle Pointe North

I have recently moved in to Pinnacle Pointe North and so far have had a great rental experience from viewing the show suite to residing here.

Helen and Helga are both keen to help their tenants enjoy a positive living environment.

Minor maintenance issues have been responded to promptly with a clear explanation if not able to be immediately addressed.

The common areas are well maintained - even the glass and mirrors are fingerprint free! If a spill or garbage is noticed on the floor, it’s quickly cleaned up seemingly even after hours. Management lives on site and the fact they care about where they live shows.

Great layouts with tons of space and quality amenities such as top of the line kitchen equipment, full sized washer and dryer, range vent actually vents to outside rather than back into the suite. On-site storage units, a fully equipped gym, and access to trails right from the parking lot compliment the in suite features.

Situated in a well established community with ample access by public footpath and roadway, there are many shopping and leisure amenities near by. Quick access to the Anthony Henday makes commutes to other areas of the city convenient too.

I reside in one of the townhomes and with the pandemic it was hard to find a place quickly that was carpet free and well laid out.
Real Estate agent Lori was very responsive and we connected right away because of her personable response.
Just like in everything there are pros and cons.
Thin walls but neighbours are quiet.

Overall the space is unmatched, searched and still occasionally browse and it’s hard to find a fulfilling space as Pinnacle North Townhouses.

In terms of services, it something breaks or gets disrupted they fix them pretty much the same day in most occasions. Thanks to Helen and the entire staff!

We changed provinces and moved from Ontario so this is bang for your buck when it comes to space and comfort.

In spite of all what has happened over the past year, I thought I would have had more regrets but I honestly don’t.

Very modern & well thought out apartments. Fantastic upgrades normally reserved for only upscale condos. I love how the 9' ceilings open up the suites. The AC was so nice to enjoy this summer. Very responsive property management team.
