Very good store , love the samples and how the staff were very helpful just very high prices, man does the clear lemon balsamic vinegar taste amazing

I did a large purchase at Southgate mall before Christmas. With my chaos at the counter an item was missed and not placed in my bag. I noticed when I got home. I contacted the store to let them know that I was charged but didn't receive my item, also that I lived out of town. IMMEDIATELY they offered to mail it me. It had to have been done that day and I received my item within days. Included was a personal note with an apology for the missed item( thank you Dianne(?)). I was so impressed with the amazing customer service and the quickness to rectify the problem. The entire store staff was great.

This place has the best olive oils and balsam vinegars. We have shopped at numerous others over the years and haven't come across anything as good. Before the pandemic they would allow you to sample some on bread. I really hope this comes back soon.

Interesting place for cooling oils and vinegars. Good quality products.

Awesome as always. Got 2 of my favourite vinegars because I can't be without them 😆
