Haven't received our box yet but the customer service was amazing and fast! I made a mistake in my first order, cancelled, and went back and ordered again and they were SO understanding and made sure I only received one order and would only be charged for one! If I have any issues I will come back and edit my review, but as of this moment, I've never had such fast, friendly and awesome customer service!

I've been following PreggoBox for a while, and anxiously waiting for a friend or family member to get pregnant so I could send them a box. However, I recently had a non-pregnant friend going through a hard time and due to distance, could not be there for her in person.
