Easy to find, clean and spacious facilities. Love that they offer direct billing with my insurance company. My massage therapist Barbara was a-maz-ing. She had a soothing voice and lovely music going. She was so mindful of me because I've had a car accident, I like her gentle but firm approach for chronic pain. Would most definitely return.

Only went in for a physical for a new job but that short visit had said enough about the good energy and vibes this location had! Carey (I hope I spelt that right) was very chill and made the process a great experience. 10/10 would recommend

They take an integrated approach to your treatment here so you can get help from a physiotherapist, a kinesiologist and a massage therapist. Damion (physio) was wonderful, attentive and a pleasure to work with. We tried a variety of treatments and adapted them based on my progress. Mercedes (kinesiology) was knowledgable and flexible, and she taught me many new exercises and stretches. Mitch (massage) was thorough and considerate in his treatment. He looks at an issue and it's impact through the whole body, so you feel much better after his massages. AND, this stellar team makes you feel welcome with great conversation and genuine care. I really recommend Damion and the team for physiotherapy, or Mitch for just massage therapy.
