We had a positive experience with Ivy Yin and her team. I believe that Ivy has a very kind heart and she does the best she can to help her clients. Whenever we had any kind of issues she always responded promptly and was always very professional and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond in many situations to help our family and if this company decides to rent to you, you will be in good hands! Thank you Ivy and Ken for all your support through the last two years while we rented a townhouse in the Terwillegar area. All the best to you both!!!

A responsive and professional team. Ivy has been my property manager for a year and is courteous, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to special requests that came up during my tenancy and any issues were solved by the management team very efficiently. I've been leasing a property from Ivy Yin and her team for roughly 1 year, and she has been great to work with! Communication has been easy and accommodating, and Ivy and her team have gone above and beyond to help us with some extras, like invoices for tax purposes. Ivy has been very responsive anytime we needed anything. For example if there were any issues with the appliances or home, she would send someone quickly to have it inspected and repaired. I would highly recommend leasing or managing a property with Ivy and her team!
