My experience here has been nothing less than outstanding.
Carmen's on site rental agent Lori is dedicated to her job. I had problems with paperwork and she went over and beyond her duties helping me get in (THANK YOU LORI!!:)

Im on my one year anniversay living here .
I feel safe here , the dynamics of people here is amazing .
Lol I have some really decent neighbors I got to know :)
The building is kept clean by "mini" Lori who also does a great job and an amazing go to gal with questions as she very helpful:)

Well all that starts well has ended well.
Im floored that i was offered another lease here bc it is home and the service I recieved from Miss Pushpinder was nothing short of the Boardwalk standards. My situation is a bit different for various reasons but she is dilligent in her professionalism yet shes personlizes it. Miss I am very grateful!!!! :)

Boardwalk also is very interactive with their tenants and covid we all kno has been a b*%$h but in these times there's been fun contests with prizes, we all can use the fun and maintaining saftey measures. :)

Honestly folks its hands down my best rental experience.
I look forward to many years here.

1. Comfortable 2. Very Safe and Quiet 3. Nice, Smiling management 4. Prompt maintenance 5. Accessible to needs and amenities 6. Family-friendly.
The Office People - Laurie and Pushpinder (retention agent) are genuinely good people - they are prompt and helpful . Try this place and You will like it. ( and yes they are very pet-friendly).
