(February 11, 2021, 10:44 pm)We approached Daytona homes (Chappelle Gardens) in December 2020 to make one of the most important decision of our lives. We did not want to sign a one year contract with our landlord, so we resolved to buy an already built house (Quick Possession). Kim Prksuik and Sandy Newman showed us about three houses. We went home to think about it and made a decision. They made it happen! They worked for us and with us through the negotiation processes. They made the purchase seem more like an exceptional experience. They recommended a lawyer whose fee was reasonable. The inspection was easy because the site manager made note of things we did not even see and effected the changes before we moved in. The house is beautiful; our kids love it. Kim created a meaningful relationship by calling us a few days after we had moved into the house to know how we are fairing. It gave us a feeling that we are part of the Daytona Homes Family. Thank you to all who made this happen.
