She also advised and guided me on the exercises to be done at home to prevent the condition from recurring in the future. The registration and insurance billing process was also a breeze. My husband had pinching nerve problems n he is feeling better n relaxed in fist sitting only. I had my shoulders and neck tied up n pain In the first sitting I feel relief in my shoulders .
