Our overall experience with Klair custom homes was excellent, its been 4 moths that we have moved into our home and we are loving it.

We visited multiple show homes by different builders in the area, but Prince at Klair custom homes in Chappelle is very informative and explained in detail how the homes are built and helped us in ever step of buying process. Prince is the best sales representative we have met. He is professional, experienced and has great knowledge. His expertise helped us to make the right choices in designing and upgrading the home.

During construction we visited the home multiple time, we are so happy and satisfied with the quality of construction and workmanship. I admire the patience of Prince during the interior selection process as he helped us pick the perfect combination of colors and materials.

Our upgrade and change requests were completed without any hassle and there were no issues with construction, there was some delay in certain items due to COVID, which is understandable. We got the possession on time, actually a few day early than quoted.

The after sales service experience with Gavi is excellent, general questions, process and working of various different equipments as a first time home buyer were very professionally handled. He is a professional, efficient and experienced, our queries and conserns were dealt immediately.

We appreciate the patience and all the work that was done for us, we had a lot of questions and concerns a first time buyer, but with the expertise of Prince and Gavi the whole experience was smooth and fun. 100%

One of the best home builders in Western Canada. Very Professional and highly responsive. Knowledgeable sales team. Talk to them about your situation and they will be glad to work out a perfect plan for you. If another opportunity comes, i will use them again.

Great builder, very nice staff. Just signed for a new building with them , prior to this heard a lot of good reviews from previous home buyers.

After sales is very good but the houses have a lot of minor defects when they're completed. Quality assurance isn't properly followed. Turnover seems to be their main motivation.
