I thought there would be more stars when I was going to rate Cathy. hmm...she should incorporate a higher star rating program. on second thought, maybe stick with a 5 star cap. egos grow with each passing star. this is actually my second home purchase with Cathy. and both experiences were below par(golf pun). it means exceptionally well. if she can stay alive for the rest of my future home purchases, I wouldn't need a change in realtors. she's easy going, down to earth and I think she can blend well with each client she encounters. she knows her profession and isn't lacking any knowledge. her job goes beyond most professions. it entails giving up weekends for potential and non potential clients. its a sacrifice many are not willing. so, in saying that, you need to be willing enough to care about your profession(she does) in order to succeed.(she does). to end this rather long rating, I see a future with her and I with many more purchases together. again, only if she lives long enough. and where there's a successful woman, there's a long life

Cathy, was amazing she sold 2 of my houses that I was selling, and was our realtor when we bought our home. She is such a positive person and always there for you when you need her. She is very rewarding having someone that is their for you when you have questions or concerns about the process. I would recommend her to anyone. I can't wait to buy my next home so she can be my realtor again. And will always and only use Cathy. Thank you so much Cathy for everything that you did for me and I appreciate it so much.

So happy with my experience working with Cathy! I moved out of province and Cathy was able to take a very stressful situation and make it easy.

First, Cathy took the time to understand what I needed out of the home, and that disrupting my life in a whirlwind move wasn't wise. She gave me solid advice on pricing and timing of the sale.

Second, I had an initial buyer with a financing concern, but Cathy got on the phone and had my house re-sold within hours,

Third, my lawyer made a paperwork error - Cathy did the running around herself to take care of it, as I was in Saskatchewan.

Forth, and most important - I never had to worry about a details, questions or concerns. Cathy had an answer, and when I needed it, professional advice within minutes. She was calm, collected, and made sure that I understood everything that was happening.

You can't ask for a better realtor. I'm so happy to have worked with Cathy!

Cathy is a fantastic realtor! She helped us buy our first house over a decade ago, and we knew we wanted her help again when we were ready to sell that house and buy a new one.
