(September 11, 2017, 4:57 pm)I don't know about what that Brian guy is talking about, but every time I go to Alliance, I'm greeted by friendly people who work hard at making sure that I'm getting what I came in for and that all my paperwork is in order and if I do need help with loading/offloading, they almost always ask to help, or at least offer to offload/load for me. The guys and girls in the warehouse know most of the people that walk in there and there's always a smile on someone's face. It's a huge turnaround from what it was I'd say more than a year ago. My company is quite happy with the way Alliance is running and continue to use them to this day.
