Crystallina Apartments

Nice building. Good management.

Lived here for 1 year and enjoyed my time. Property managers were very responsive and good to deal with. Building was well maintained and I had no issues with my appliances, etc. I was on the 4th floor and during the hot months of the year it gets very hot. Building is also very quiet.

I moved in to my suite at Crystallina Apartments earlier this year, and I solidly stand behind the statement that the decision has been nothing but a positive one.

To speak to the complex itself first, the location is ideal. It is located in a new build in the city (only three years old) and is nice and quiet. However you are still located either directly adjacent to, or a short hop, skip, and jump away from major arteries to connect you to anywhere you need in the city. The amenities are superb, with both surface and underground parking available, a community building with books and games, a fully equipped gym, and a community garden. My suite is well laid out and modern. Higher end finishings make it pleasant to walk through the door after work every day. And there is no wasted space in the floorplan. It was designed with both form and function in mind.

One note in particular is that the bedrooms are a perfect size. The master bedroom is the first master I have had in an apartment where I have been able to fit a queen bed, two night stands, a chest dresser, and still have enough room to move around comfortably. In every other complex I have lived in prior to here, I had to sacrifice one of those items, or ran into instances where I could not open the dresser drawers fully, etc. The second bedroom I have turned into a multi-function office for my various hobbies, but still have enough floor space where nothing feels cramped or crowded.

The community is excellently run by my Community Leader, Brittany. Ever since my first inquiry to her regarding looking at a suite, she has been one of the highlights of my experience here. From her prompt and efficient responses to my inquiry, to taking the time to show me the multitude of different suites offered to see which one was the best fit for my needs, to seeing how effectively she manages the community and the needs of all of its members, she is the epitome of what I look for in the person who manages where I lay my head down every night. Her communication regarding anything going on in the complex is nothing short of exemplary. And she manages to do this all without losing that personal touch.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live to give Crystallina Apartments a good solid look. I for one am very happy that I made the decision to make this my home.

From the moment I walked through the apartment during my showing I knew I found my new home. The open style concept of the apartment is very inviting and the layout gives you ample space and not to mention the list of wonderful amenities that make you truly feel apart of a community, which is hard to find living in an apartment complex.
Brittany, the community leader, goes above and beyond for the tenants and takes the time to get to know you and help you with whatever you need. If you are looking for a new place to call home you should definitely come and check this place out!
