I can categorically say that Welcome home is the best home builder I know in Edmonton. Their service is top-notch, Paul always listened and responded to our concerns, his families are awesome too. What amazed me most was the end result, it was of great quality, modern design, very spacious and livable. All our expectations were met and beyond, we are more than happy with our home. Even when we had issues with selling our previous home, Paul was always ready and willing to help.

I would recommend welcome home over and over again.

Bought a home with Welcome homes and everything is beyond expectation. The building process was simple and the end results were beautiful. Its the small details that make the difference. Nothing was over looked. Finishes and end product were perfect. Building new can be stressful but we found with Paul it was a very easy process with open and honest communication. Possession of the property was quick but very detailed, a great experience. Paul is quick to reply to any inquiry and quick on site if you need him. We see him in the neighborhood and get a wave or stop for a quick chat. Easy going, open, honest with your expectations being met but more than likely exceeded.

Was in search of a home for me and my family and knew right away when we saw the show home for Welcome homes and met with Paul that we found exactly what we were looking for. Not only is the quality and price unbeatable but Paul was avail anytime of the day or night to answer questions, go over build updates and show me progress of my home anytime i asked. I have since moved into my new house and couldn't be happier .

Just recently purchased a duplex in the north side of Edmonton this January 2021. Both my wife and I have been looking for a home since 2020. All I can say is that Paul and his family are the real deal. High quality modern finishes with unique individual personality and style. What I liked most about Paul was his professionalism and straight up demeanor. Unlike a lot of these other builders that only want to sell you something. Paul actually cares about his homes because he personally built them and it shows.
