I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I miss David and his team. I moved into one of their rental properties after I left an abusive relationship. I was homeless for a month with my two kids, when I went into a viewing. Gayle stated a credit check needed to be done, and I just started bawling. She asks me what's wrong and I just state everything. My credit was poor due to my ex, and I was just at a loss. She specifically stated, she will talk to the owners and see what she can do. She called me back and asked me when I wanted to do the walk through. I cried. I was relieved. Shortly after moving in David showed up at my door as my family just left after my sons birthday party. He had stated within the first 2 weeks of moving there my neighbor had called over 147 times, due to them working shift work and they could hear my kids. I am a very quiet person. I keep to myself and am very calm. David sat and listened to me and said he did not blame me. He was empathetic and caring and did not blame me. Those neighbors were horrible, and a nightmare to deal with. Anytime I needed something he was quick to get things fixed and he always had my back. When I had to move into this new place he kept me reassured and everything was going to be ok. Until I moved and the property owners switched companies. I had to call David to get me in touch with the owners of the property. I honestly regret this move, as they are charging me for things and not making me aware, and they can not respond to me. I am about Ready to go back to one of David's properties. At least he never let me down, or messed me around.

I have had great experiences with this Rental Company. They are diligent on their follow-up & have treated my clients with respect & honesty.
